You will read engineering drawings, select tooling, adjust controls, inspect parts with precision instruments, and document production status while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of CNC machining experience on mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of G-code, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes.
• Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select tooling and adjust machine controls and offsets.
• Maintain required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Complete production documentation and report deviations or nonconforming parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
• Communicate production status and equipment issues to supervisors, engineers, and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
