Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions seeks a CNC Machinist I to operate CNC 2/3 axis machines, set up basic work, and run multiple machines simultaneously in a regulated medical device environment.

You will monitor programs, complete work orders and inspections, and maintain safety and quality as part of a team. Training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive shift premium on the California third shift.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent (Preferred).
• Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred).
• Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred).
• 1+ Years of Experience Operating Machining Equipment in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs basic machining functions to produce parts.
• Operates multiple machines simultaneously.
• Monitors the machine to ensure proper program performance.
• Completes shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets.
• Makes off sets and adjustments to machines with moderate supervision.
• Advocates for health and safety of self, co-workers, customers, and the community.
• Supports quality and compliance by adhering to procedures per the QMS.
• Completes all required training.
