Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong setup and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience programming with Mastercam.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate JET CNC milling machines equipped with ACU-RITE MILLPWR CNC controls.
• Program and modify toolpaths using Mastercam.
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup processes.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages.
• Document inspection results in ProShop ERP.
• Help maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate JET CNC milling machines equipped with ACU-RITE MILLPWR CNC controls
• Program and modify toolpaths using Mastercam
• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
