Job summary

Monterrey Tile Company in Chandler, AZ, seeks a hands-on CNC Machinist Lead to drive equipment reliability and operational excellence on the production floor. You will oversee calibration, preventive maintenance, and machine operation while leading quality control initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, ability to read fabrication orders, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Day shift, Monday–Friday, pay $26/hr or DOE, with safety and teamwork as priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in industrial production equipment
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment
• Ability to read fabrication orders and specifications
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and run machines
• Troubleshoot, maintain and adjust fabrication machinery
• Perform machine calibration, alignment and precision measurements
• Serve as the shop's Subject Matter Expert for technical machine inquiries
• Ensure quality standards and accurate fabrication for on time delivery
• Track preventive maintenance, tooling and shop inventory
• Maintain OSHA and workplace safety standards
• Other duties as needed
