Job summary

Noble-X in Amery, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for either Weekday or Weekend shifts on a full-time basis. You will operate and maintain CNC machines, perform setups and programming, and ensure high-quality parts meet specs.

The role requires reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and collaborating with the team to optimize production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing CNC setups and programming.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming for CNC machines.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols.
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
