Job summary

Noble-X is seeking a reliable CNC Machinist for 2nd shift in Amery, WI. You will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts, following blueprints, GD&T symbols, and ISO standards. This is a long-term temporary role with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

The position offers a competitive pay rate ($30-$40/hr plus $2 shift differential), a stable schedule (Mon-Thu 3:00 pm–1:30 am), and a benefits-conscious employer culture focused on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Title: CNC Machinist Pay Rate: $30-$40/hr (plus Shift Differential of $2/hr) Depending on Experience Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm - 1:30 am Mon. - Thurs.) Location: Noble-X in Amery, WI

Noble-X is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Machinistsin Amery, WI. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.
