Job summary

Noble-X, Inc. in Amery, WI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for full-time weekday or weekend shifts.

You will set up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality parts, reading blueprints and GD&T symbols, and using precision measuring tools to verify tolerances. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam or equivalent) and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing setups and programming.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
