Job summary

Noble-X, Inc. in Amery, WI is seeking a reliable CNC Machinist for 2nd shift to operate and maintain CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality parts. This long-term temporary role has potential to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.

Pay rate is $30-$40/hr plus a $2/hr shift differential. Shift is 2nd, 3:00 pm–1:30 am, Mon–Thu. Noble-X offers a comprehensive benefits package to support work‑life balance and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines.
• Understanding of GD&T symbols and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure finished part accuracy.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specs.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

Position Summary

Noble-X is seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Machinistsin Amery, WI. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to transition into a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.

• Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
