Job summary

Superior Energy Services in Odessa, TX is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate a CNC Lathe and supporting equipment. This role requires attention to detail, safety, and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities include maintaining machines, performing minor repairs, and following QHSE procedures on a rotating on-call basis. A high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years’ related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (Lathe).
• Maintain machines and ensure proper operation.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• On-call rotation when scheduled.
• Comply with QHSE handbooks and procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to keep department running.
