Job summary

Barber-Nichols seeks a Machinist III for the second shift to set up and operate manual tools in support of CNC operations. You will handle 2-axis CNC horizontal or VTL lathes and up to 5-axis machines, organize materials, and requisition tooling as needed.

Qualified candidates have 12+ years of machine tool setup and operation in ISO/AS/MIL STD prototype/job shop environments and can work overtime. BN offers a sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base for this position. This position pays a 15% differential rate over base and any time over 40 hours is paid at time and a half when employee moves to night shift.
