Job summary

AT&F in Cleveland is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate large machining centers, review engineering prints, and set up jobs for high-precision components. You will program using G-code, interpret GD&T, inspect parts with CMM and hand gauges, and mentor junior machinists while maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in component CNC machining.
• Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
• Applied experience with inspection methods (hand gauges, CMM, etc.).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Siemens, and G code programming.
• Overhead crane operation and rigging experience.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
• Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM
• Edit and maintain CNC programs
• Perform machine setup and operation as needed.
• Implement continuous improvement.
• Inspection and measurement of machined components.
• Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists.
