Job summary

AT&F is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Cleveland to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems across our metal fabrication operations. The role emphasizes hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC equipment, with a focus on keeping production lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of electrical troubleshooting, the ability to read blueprints, and a self-directed, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Some understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Electrical certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Fields of strength should include hydraulics and electrical.
• Experience working with CNC equipment.
• Knowledge and ability in the fields of mechanical and pneumatics.
• PLC troubleshooting ability.
• Assure proper maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and facilities.
• Other duties as needed.
