As a CNC Machinist III, your responsibilities will include programming and operating CNC mills and lathes, interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, and producing high-precision parts. You will program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC Mills, CNC Mill-turns, and other manual machinery.

Qualifications include:

1. Minimum 2+ years of training or education in a relevant discipline (e.g., Machine Tool Technology, Advanced Manufacturing), with relevant work experience potentially substituting.
2. At least 5+ years of work experience operating CNC and manual mills/lathes.
3. Experience programming (G-Code, conversational quick code, CAD/CAM software) and setting up CNC machinery.
4. Additional skills such as Multi Axis CNC operation, setup, and programming are a plus.
5. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
6. Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
7. Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
8. English language proficiency.
9. Valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship.

Preferred qualifications include leadership skills, experience in fabrication, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, and familiarity with ISO9001/AS9100 environments.

Additional certifications or training in related disciplines, SurfCAM, CAM, CAD, or experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other industries are advantageous.
