Continental Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc (CEM) is seeking skilled machinists to operate CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes in a fast-paced environment. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot programs, and assist engineering with fixture design, while maintaining strict quality documentation and equipment care.

The role requires performing operator-owned quality inspections, adhering to GMP/GDP standards and 5S practices to ensure product integrity and workplace organization.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC mills, Wire EDMs and lathes to perform difficult machining tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine programs and assist engineering with fixture design.
