Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC and / or manual machine tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly to achieve objectives.
• Ability to read and use quality control tools such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators and gauges.
• Knowledge of shop math, metal properties, layout and machining procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using math skills.
• Use in-house software to capture labor hours on specific jobs.
• Maintain assigned machine tools and equipment per schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work with Mazak, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
• Design set-ups based on blueprint requirements.
