Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist in the St. Louis, MO area to join a growing organization.

The role involves reading blueprints, setting up Mazak, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls, and producing precision parts with tight tolerances. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CNC and/or manual machine tool experience, and the ability to read QC tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with one or more machine tools: Horizontal Mill, Horizontal Lathe, Vertical Mill, Vertical Turret Lathe.
• Experience with CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Ability to read and use QC tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges).
• Knowledge of shop math, metal properties, layout and machining procedures.
• Willing to work overtime during busy periods and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances utilizing math skills.
• Use in-house tracking software to capture labor hours on specific jobs.
• Maintain assigned machine tools and related equipment per daily schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

The Repairs Division located in St. Louis, MO is seeking experienced CNC Machinists. MD&A offers a competitive base salary with significant opportunity for incentive compensation.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances utilizing math skills.
• Use in-housework tracking software to effectively capture labor hours on specific jobs.
• Maintain assigned machine tools & related equipment, according to daily maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work with Mazak, Haas, Siemens, and Fanuc controls.
• Design set-ups based on blueprint requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
