Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspection tools.
• Solid math skills for measuring and counting.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and machine programs.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive machining of varied parts and metals with tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality by adhering to operator owned quality (OOQ) standards using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and follow PM schedule.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area and follow GMP/GDP practices.
