Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and tolerance interpretation.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances per instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machining with close tolerances on diverse parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets/adjustments for wear.
• Ensure product quality with OOQ standards using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule and keep records.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safe working practices and report safety issues.
• Aim for productivity targets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Record all activities in the job tracking system.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area.
