Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Machining experience

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and drawings
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive machining of various parts and metals with very close tolerances
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measuring equipment
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards in work area
• Record activities in job tracking system
• Identify and support Continuous Improvement activities
