TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist II to produce machined parts by operating CNC equipment, while upholding quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, customer-driven innovation, and meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing advanced machining on diverse metals, tool changes, quality checks, and documentation. Candidates should have relevant CNC experience and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience is preferred.
• Associate degree or certificate in Tooling & Machining is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances.
• Perform difficult CNC machining and maintain high accuracy.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets for wear.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measuring tools.
• Perform routine PM and maintain housekeeping and records.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and document appropriately.
• Identify safety, health, and environmental issues and report them.
• Aim for productivity targets and suggest improvements.
• Record activities in the job tracking system; support CI initiatives.
• Escalate manufacturing issues to leaders as needed.
