Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a dependable CNC Machinist – Level 2 to operate multi-axis CNC equipment in Watervliet, MI. You will manufacture high-precision components and contribute to quality and productivity on a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years CNC machining or machine operation experience.
• Experience operating Gantry Style, Swiss Style, or Mill/Turn lathes preferred.
• Experience with Murata and/or Star machinery is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
• Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of production processes and machining best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

We're seeking dependable, motivated CNC Machinists who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working as part of a team.

Available Shifts

Shift A: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Shift A4: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Shift B: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Shift Premium

Shift C: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Shift Premium: Paid for 40 hours while working a 36-hour schedule

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
