Job summary

The role focuses on operating CNC machines, basic tooling changes, and in‑process inspection to support production and quality requirements.

You will work independently on assigned machines, follow established programs, and escalate issues when beyond routine operation, while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Experience reading and interpreting basic blueprints.
• Familiarity with basic shop floor systems and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines per programs and instructions.
• Load/unload parts and monitor cycles.
• Change basic tooling as required.
• Perform in-process inspections with gauges.
• Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Escalate issues to higher-level machinists or supervision.
