Job summary

Tecomet United States is seeking a CNC Machinist II for the 3rd shift. You will operate and set up CNC machines, maintain tight tolerances, and ensure quality through OOQ standards.

The role requires attention to detail, accurate measurements, and adherence to GMP practices. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of CNC machining experience, a high school diploma or GED, and an associate degree or certificate in tooling and machining.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English is desirable (UK only).

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with progressive operations on various parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and/or adjust offsets for wear.
• Ensure product quality by OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule and keep records.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Identify and support productivity improvements and continuous improvement activities.
