TECOMET is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience in Wenham, MA. You will operate and set up CNC machines, read engineering drawings, and maintain quality to meet production targets. The role emphasizes safety, GMP practices, and continuous improvement within a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include tool changes, precision measuring, routine maintenance, and contributing to productivity improvements while adhering to company policies and work instructions.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive machining of various parts and metals with tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets/adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using a range of measuring equipment.
