Qualifications

One year of work experience in a manufacturing operation preferred.
One year of machining experience preferred; CNC experience highly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.
Read blueprints and interpret work orders to set up machines and perform quality checks.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments to ensure correct operation.
Record production data, conduct SPC checks, and adhere to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and lean 5S practices during shifts.
