TECOMET is seeking a CNC Machinist I to operate CNC equipment, produce machined parts, and ensure quality per OOQ standards. The role requires careful reading of drawings, tool changes, measurement of parts, and adherence to GMP and safety practices.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement while meeting productivity targets. A high school diploma or GED is required; associate degree or machinist apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Operate CNC machines with precision per instructions and drawings.
• Maintain quality using OOQ standards and inspection reports.
• Perform routine tool changes and minor offsets as needed.
• Follow GMP/GDP and good documentation practices.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and production targets.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC machines within tolerances following work instructions.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear.
• Measure parts and interpret inspection reports for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance per checklist and PM schedule.
• Document activities in the tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement and identify production issues.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform hand finishing as required.
