Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist I to produce machined parts by operating CNC machines to tight tolerances. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing flow.

You will set up tooling, perform routine maintenance, and document production details while maintaining 5S standards and adhering to GMP/GDP practices. A GED and production experience are required, with an Associate's degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Experience in a production environment (E/D).
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English desirable (UK only).

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality with OOQ standards and inspection reports.
• Perform routine PM and machine maintenance per checklist.
• Complete job routers/cards following GMP/GDP.
• Record activities in job tracking system and support CI efforts.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safe work practices.
