FM Industries, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking CNC Machinists from entry to senior levels. The role involves setting up and operating CNC mills/lathes, performing changeovers, and ensuring parts meet precise GD&T specs.

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of G & M Codes.
• Experience adjusting offsets and changing cutting tools.
• Knowledge of micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, indicators, and other inspection equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Perform machine changeovers and setup adjustments.
• Monitor machining operations and make offset corrections.
• Download and manage CNC programs through DNC systems.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Monitor tool life and document tool changes.
• Maintain quality standards and customer specifications.
