Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC experience, a High School diploma or GED, and can read and interpret blueprints and G/M codes. US person with ITAR clearance preferred; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of CNC Machinist experience.
• U.S. Person with ability to handle ITAR data.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications using lathes and milling machines.
• Read from blueprints, engineering instructions, and specifications.
• Set up and operate basic machine tools and specialized tools for precision machining.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines.
• Check parts for lubrication and cooling and inspect for defects.
• Measure with micrometers and other gauges to verify tolerances.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and record in-process inspection data.
