Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Machinist for the Delavan, WI site to operate CNC lathes or mills, set up tooling and fixtures, and perform precision machining to tight tolerances. You will read drawings, measure parts, and ensure quality using gauges and metrology tools.

Requirements include 3–5 years CNC experience, GD&T, and print reading. 1st shift from 4:00am to 2:00pm, with overtime and a $1,000 hiring bonus payable across tenure. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years CNC machining experience
• GD&T and print comprehension must be demonstrated
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs; steel-toed shoes required

Responsibilities

• Face, turn, bore, chamfer, groove, thread, drill, tap and wash various materials and parts
• Set up machines where procedures are standardized
• Read part drawings and use gauges to check work
• Maintain coolant ratios and perform routine maintenance
• Operate CNC and manual machines with precision measuring tools and fixtures
