Job summary

Pentair plc is seeking a Machinist for the 1st shift in Delavan, WI. You will set up and program CNC lathe/mill operations to produce castings, following standard procedures and drawings. This role requires reading GD&T, precision measurement, and upkeep of coolant systems.

The position offers an hourly pay of $28–$30 with potential increases after skill proficiency and training. A $1,000 hiring bonus is included, payable in two installments. Benefits are provided with comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of CNC Mill and Lathe setup and operation experience.
• Must have GD&T and print comprehension and understand shop math.
• Must be able to multi-task to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and gauge castings for CNC lathe or mill production runs.
• Operate CNC equipment and manual machines with precision measuring tools.
• Read part drawings using GD&T and check dimensions with gauges.
• Maintain coolant ratios/levels and perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
