Qualifications

• Well versed in GD&T and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, manuals, specs to determine dimensions, tolerances and setup requirements.
• Program CNC functions or select existing programs to create parts per blueprint.
• Set up and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
• Adjust machine controls for speed, feed, coolant, and depth of cut.
• Run trials to verify accuracy and perform first-piece inspection using calipers and micrometers.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines.
