iSCiSC Manufacturing in North Texas is seeking an experienced CNC machinist to set up and run lathes and mills for large conveyor components. You will read engineering drawings with GD&T, edit programs in G-code, and perform first-article inspections using precision gauges.

The role involves heavy parts and heavy equipment, with a focus on quality and safety. You will collaborate with welding, assembly, and engineering to keep jobs on schedule while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.

Qualificações

• 3-5+ years CNC machining experience, lathe/mill preferred.
• Able to set up machines independently and read blueprints with GD&T.
• Experience with large-diameter or heavy parts is a plus.
• Fusion 360 or CAM software experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with overhead cranes and rigging heavy parts safely.
• Reliable, with long-term commitment to the shop.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run CNC lathes and mills.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and work orders.
• Edit programs and optimize them at the machine (G-code, Haas control).
• Perform first-article and in-process inspection with gauges.
• Run manual lathe and mill as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist welding/assembly to meet schedule.
