The candidate will program with Mastercam 3D, operate HAAS VM6, Hurco VM-ONE and TM8i, read drawings for tolerances, and use calipers and micrometers to verify specifications. Knowledge of Mastercam, basic Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus; physical ability to lift and work in a noisy, hot environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tool Maker with 3 years of experience required.
• Apprentice certification or Journeyman license preferred.
• Reading drawings to identify operations and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate CNC machines to produce tools and dies.
• Program using Mastercam 3D.
• Operate HAAS VM6, Hurco VM-ONE, and TM8i machines.
• Read drawings to identify operations and tolerances.
• Maintain machines and perform 5S housekeeping.
• Use measuring devices to verify specifications.
