Job summary

MOHR Talent in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a Full-Time role across multiple shifts. You will operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision components, perform in-process inspections, and read GD&T drawings to ensure quality.

This position supports aerospace, medical device, and industrial manufacturing applications. You should have 2+ years of CNC experience, be detail‑oriented, able to read blueprints, and capable of working 12‑hour shifts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of quality inspections and production processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and work throughout a 12-hour production shift.
