Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team in a full-time on-site role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a focus on precise, high-quality machining in a well-equipped shop.

The ideal candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure products meet specifications. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 industry regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
