Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure precise, high-quality workmanship in a on-site facility in Kansas. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, excellent benefits, and ot opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision cutting tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
