WEBCO MFG is seeking a precise CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Missouri. The role focuses on meeting customer specifications with high-quality, efficient machining in a friendly, employee-owned environment.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of related CNC experience, can read blueprints, and perform basic math. We offer an air-conditioned shop, ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package including retirement and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Read blueprints and gauging requirements.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance accurately.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Use precision tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
