Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Bucyrus, Kansas is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure high quality.

This full-time role from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offers $30.00–$40.00 per hour, OT opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded material.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
