Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our on-site machining team in Kansas. The role focuses on operating a range of CNC mills and lathes to meet exact customer specifications, with emphasis on efficiency and precision in a home-grown, employee-owned environment.

The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and participate in a culture that values high-quality outputs, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
