WEBCO MFG, a growing employee-owned company in Spring Hill, Kansas, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure parts meet exact specifications with a focus on quality and efficiency. Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance and maintain quality.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to meet specs.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
