Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience utilizing MasterCam/SolidWorks.
• Minimum 3 years experience programming and operating CNC machines.
• Experience with injection mold manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software.
• Maintain tools and ensure correct working order.
• Schedule all work flowing through the work center and adjust as needed.
• Perform advanced machining on toolroom equipment.
• Assist with machine assembly as appropriate.
• Produce tooling components per drawings or mold manufacturer instructions.
• Develop the work center to operate unattended where possible.
• Meet all goals for the machine center and area.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm component accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors for information per mold manufacturing managers.
