Praxis Resources Inc in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a skilled Machinist with CAD/CAM programming experience to join our Fabrication Team. You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce high-quality parts across varied projects.

The ideal candidate will interpret blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling/turning machines.
• Proficient CAD/CAM software for programming and CAM toolpaths.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T specs.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines.
• Create and modify CAD models and CAM toolpaths for production and prototyping.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specs.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies.
• Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
