Job summary

Royell Manufacturing is seeking an entry-level CNC Machinist to learn on the job, operating machines, loading and unloading materials, and inspecting parts to ensure quality. The role emphasizes attendance, safety, and adherence to SOPs while meeting production goals on a Monday–Thursday shift.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Desirable: Assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing work experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective production rhythms to meet OEE goals.
• Operate machines safely while loading and unloading parts.
• Follow SOPs and SWP; inspect parts using check sheets.
• Maintain accurate machine status and ensure traceability.
