Job summary

Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to run proven jobs, set up machines, load/unload materials, run code, manage tool life, inspect parts and perform secondary operations. You will follow standard work plans and SOPs while maintaining traceability and part quality.

The company offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid holidays and time off. Official hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Validate setup and cycle times.
• Apply fixture loading knowledge.
• Interpret drawings using blueprint reading.
• Use precision tools to measure and validate parts.
• Adhere to standard work plans and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Upload, download, and cycle NC programs to meet production goals.
• Operate machines safely during loading/unloading of parts.
• Maintain tool life and use pre-setters and tool cribs effectively.
• Follow schedules, plan for next jobs, and manage changeovers.
• Maintain material traceability and organize raw materials.
• Adhere to work cell processes and standard work plans (SWP/SOP).
• Complete maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain machine status and real-time monitoring requirements.
• Communicate and assist coworkers as needed by supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
