Smith Brothers Tool Company in Michigan is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate 3- to 5-axis milling machines, reading blueprints and ensuring tight tolerances. You will input offsets, edit programs, and verify with precision gauges to guarantee part accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC milling experience, familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Siemens controls, and G-code/M-code programming. This is a hands-on role offering growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC milling or 3-axis/5-axis machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances.
• Strong shop math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Fanuc, Fidia C20, Siemens, Haas, or similar CNC controls.
• CNC programming knowledge (G-code, M-code).

Responsibilities
