Job summary

Aerotech, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC programming machinist to program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines in a precision shop. You will design and modify programs, select workholding, and document processes.

Responsibilities include first article inspection, use of CMMs and precision gauges, and operating automation loaders for medium to large batches. Night or day shifts available with differential. Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and growth opportunities.

• One-year certificate or equivalent training in machine shop tech or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines.
• Develop new parts from scratch or modify existing programs and document processes.
• Perform first article inspection and use precision measurement tools.
• Operate automation loaders for medium/large batches.
• Select and secure fixtures and cutting tools for small batch production.
• Retrieve and edit Mazatrol programs and set speeds/feeds.
