Job summary

Harvey Performance Company in Meridian, ID is hiring CNC Machinists to set up and operate Rollomatic, Star and Walters grinders in a high-volume production environment. The newly renovated facility offers a modern workspace and strong emphasis on work-life balance.

You will participate in continuous improvement with manufacturing engineering, perform first piece and in-process inspections, and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as product drawings, process sheets, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Willingness to be cross-trained and collaborate with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain operation of CNC tool and cutter grinders, including Rollomatic, Star, and Walters in a high‑volume production environment.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first piece and in‑process inspection during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.
