Job summary

Boeing Commercial Airlines is seeking a General Machinist (N0309) for the 3rd shift in Everett, WA. You will operate CNC and manual machines, set up jobs, review drawings, and contribute to precision manufacture of high-quality parts.

The role requires experience with MasterCAM and CAD/CAM software, plus strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with measuring tools. Onsite relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of MasterCAM programming experience.
• 2+ years of 3-axis to 5-axis machining experience.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently.
• 2+ years reading blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
• 2+ years using precision measuring tools.
• 2+ years setting up and operating manual and/or CNC machines.
• 2+ years in roles requiring strong attention to detail.
• 2+ years using CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare to set-up or run jobs by reviewing work orders and drawings.
• Ensure correct material is issued per plan and select tools.
• Identify setup type required to machine parts.
• Perform machining operations on CNC or manual machines.
• Generate NC programs and setup documents.
• Upload/download CNC programs to machine controllers.
• Troubleshoot and edit CNC programs as needed.
• Ensure tooling and fixtures are in good condition.
