Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints, and procedures.
• Good manual dexterity and precision in machining.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints and drawings to determine tolerances and setup requirements.
• Sets up and operates mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers, drills.
• Enters and edits CNC program data; monitors machine output for tolerances.
• Uses gauges to verify finished parts meet specifications.
• Documents quality records and updates work orders.
